Introducing myself

I'm Iona. I'm passionate about my own independent business, and I enjoy working with people to strategically solve problems and plan their business development. My enthusiasm is matched with academic credentials: I have a PGCert in Leadership and Management, and an MSc in Management Consulting. I also achieved PRINCE2 qualifications in project management, and hold a Diploma in Consulting from the Chartered Management Institute.

Before running my own business, I honed my skills in both public and private sectors, working on projects of all sizes. No matter the context, business leaders value strategic expertise that unpicks the key issues from complex problems, provides a clear and defined plan, and inspires confidence to take the next steps.

Many independent business owners want to increase profitability or expand their horizons, but equally their focus may be to improve their work-life balance or consider succession planning ahead of retirement. You alone determine what success means for your business; my role is to equip you with the tools to achieve your business goals.

When I'm not working I'm a keen swimmer so I'm frequently found in the water, or on poolside coaching other swimmers.
